Department of Motor Vehicles - Administrative License Revocation
The Public Protection Bureau represents the Department of Motor Vehicles by providing legal advice and opinions and legal representation in the district courts, Court of Appeals and Nebraska Supreme Court on a variety of issues including:
- Administrative License Revocations (ALR) (These matters involve drivers whose operator's license were administratively revoked for failing a chemical test to determine alcohol concentration while driving or for refusing to take such a chemical test.)
- Commercial Driver's License (CLR) (These matters involved drivers whose commercial license is revoked or otherwise adversely affected by a DMV determination.)
- Other license actions (These matters involve drivers whose operator's licenses were revoked or otherwise adversely affected by DMV due to issues such as points, medical condition or insurance.)
- Title and Registration.
