2013 Nebraska Charities Conferences
An Overview of Applicable State Statutes for Nebraska Charities
 

Is your nonprofit corporation or charity running as effectively as it could be? Discover the answer at the 2013 Nebraska Charities Conference. Hosted by the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office, the conference will provide Nebraska charities an overview of applicable state statutes.

Presenters will include representatives from the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office, Nebraska Department of Revenue, Nebraska Charitable Gaming Division, Nebraska Secretary of State’s Office and Nebraska Department of Labor

The conferences are intended for boards of directors of Nebraska nonprofit corporations as well as attorneys and accountants.  Attending attorneys and accountants will be eligible for CLE and CPE credits respectively.

Snacks, lunch, and refreshments are included with paid tuition.  Tuition varies by location based on food service and facilities cost.  Tuition differences between attorneys and all others applied to CLE credits.  All tuition paid will be applied to costs directly associated with the conferences.

*Tuition difference applied to CLE credits. All tuition paid will be applied to costs directly associated with conference. Attorneys and accountants attending the Omaha, Kearney or Lincoln Conferences are eligible for CLE (6 hours)* and CPE (7 hours) credits in Nebraska. *Attorneys attending the Norfolk or Scottsbluff Conferences are eligible for 5.25 hours of Regular/Traditional CLE hours and .75 Distance Learning CLE hours in Nebraska.
