Tobacco Enforcement
The Public Protection Bureau is involved in enforcing the provisions of the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement (MSA) and related statutes. Certificates of compliance with statutory escrow requirements for nonparticipating manufacturers:
- Certificate of Compliance by Non-Participating Manufacturer Regarding Quarterly Escrow Payment for 2013 sales
