Tobacco Enforcement

The Public Protection Bureau is involved in enforcing the provisions of the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement (MSA) and related statutes. Certificates of compliance with statutory escrow requirements for nonparticipating manufacturers:

• Certificate of Compliance by Non-Participating Manufacturer Regarding Escrow Payment for the State of Nebraska

• Certificate of Compliance by Non-Participating Manufacturer Regarding Quarterly Escrow Payment for the State of Nebraska

Additionally we assist the Nebraska Department of Revenue in administration of the Nebraska Directory of Certified Tobacco Product Manufacturers and Brands which can be found at: http://www.revenue.ne.gov/cig/manufacturer.html
