Public Protection Bureau

The Public Protection Bureau is the civil regulatory enforcement division in our office and also works to keep the people of Nebraska informed and educated on possible public safety threats or risks. Bureau personnel focus on a variety of sectors including, but not limited to, consumer protection, Medicaid fraud investigation, administrative license revocation and liquor and tobacco control/enforcement.
